Each of these classes is open to anyone. All workouts are scalable to suit complete beginners through to the most advanced practitioners.

Strength & Movement
A hybrid workout combining elements of bodyweight strength, weightlifting and conditioning training.
These hefty workouts are a fan favourite, and build well-rounded strength and cardio-capacity. High intensity, sweaty, lean.
Bodyweight
Gymnastics strength and flexibility training using only your own body weight. Designed to build a foundation of strength, stability and body awareness.

Lift
A classic strength program, drawing on the techniques of Olympic Weightlifting and Powerlifting.
This class builds raw strength and power making all areas of life easier - whether that's on the mats, on the tools, or picking up groceries.
Handstand
All about learning to balance upside down. Gain the fundamentals required to master the handstand in its various forms.
This class is a deep dive into one of the most challenging, enjoyable rewarding aspects of Bodyweight training.
Muay Thai
Learn one of the world's most devastating, and fun striking arts. Gain the basics of stand-up combat while increasing fitness in a way that other workouts can't give you.

Stretch & Mobility

Not your average ‘Stretch’ class. Exploring 'mobility'...as defined as a combination of strength, flexibility and balance.
This class focuses on developing all of those things through a variety of methods such as movement, breathing, active stretching, loaded stretching, and more. Bulletproof your joints and reach new ranges of motion.
Swole
Build Muscle and Strength!
Swole is all about building MUSCLE. Featured only on Friday-nights this class keep the reps and tempos at optimal muscle building levels so you can hit the town with a juicy pump. It's the one night of the week where it's all about aesthetics.
